Gazaffi Rodrigo

I have BS in Agriculture (2003) graduated from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding (2009) by the Department of Genetics (ESALQ/USP). I also held a postdoctoral at Statistical Genetics Laboratory, ESALQ/USP (2009-2014). I was involved in projects with research groups that studied eucalyptus, common beans, sorghum, passion fruit, rubber tree, poultry, and drosophila. Since February 2014, I am a faculty (adjunt professor) at the Center of Agricultural Sciences (CCA) in the areas of Plant Breeding, Statistical Genetics (QTL mapping and GWAS), data analysis consulting and phenotyping to identy abiotic stresses, in Federal University of São Carlos, Araras campus. I am permament member of graduated program: Vegetal Production and Associated Bioprocess (UFSCar/CCA/PPG-PVBA). My current research are focused on Plant Breeding, High-Throughput Phenotyping and Molecular Breeding.
