Bio

Roderic Collins received the BS degree from the University of Virginia in 1991, and the MS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996, both in computer science. He is currently completing his PhD degree in computer science at Rensselaer, where his research involves applying formal methods of software design to the evolution of topological structures arising from problems in computer vision. He is a student member of the IEEE.
