Roberto Turri

Roberto Turri (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Padova, Italy, in 1958. He received the Dr. Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Padova, Padova, Italy, in 1984 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff, U.K., in 1987. He was with the Physics Department,University College of Swansea, Wales, U.K. In 1990, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department, Padova University, where he is a Full Professor in power systems. His main research interests include the fields of power system analysis and simulation, smart grids and assessment and mitigation of human exposure to low-frequency electromagnetic fields.
