Minvielle, R.

Robert Minvielle received the B.S. degree in EECE from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1998 and the M.S. degree in Physics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2001. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering at The Center for Advanced Computer Studies (CACS), University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His Ph.D. dissertation is titled Energy Scavenging in Three Dimensional Integrated Circuits using Through Silicon Vias, the method of which is patent pending. His research interests are VLSI, TSV, 3D IC, and computer architecture.
