Robert Arcos

Robert Arcos is an Associate Professor of the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC) and a researcher of the Acoustical and Mechanical Engineering Laboratory (LEAM). Robert does research in railway-induced ground-borne noise and vibration, meshless methods for wave propagation problems, dynamic characterisation of track components, pantograph-catenary interaction, vibration energy harvesting and metamaterials. Nowadays, Robert is involved in the projects WIBWAY and REVEHRS, among others.
