Ritwick Das received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. From October 2008 to March 2010, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the ICFO—The Institute of Photonics Sciences, Barcelona, Spain. He is currently a Reader-F with the School of Physical Sciences, National Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhubaneswar, India. He has authored/coauthored more than 35 research articles in international journals of repute. His research interests include optical parametric oscillators, optical waveguides, nano-photonics, optical sensors, and nonlinear optics.
