Bio
He has worked on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) projects supported by Siemens, Rolls-Royce and EPSRC. In 2014 he and his colleagues were recipients of the IGTI Turbomachinery Committee Best Paper Award for their work on transition in low pressure turbines.
Richard is interested in the computational simulation of single and multi-phase turbulent flows, CFD method development and high performance computing (HPC).
