My work as Bioinformatician focussed on mechanisms of early metastasis formation with the goal to identify novel therapies to effectively treat systemic cancer. My job tasks are to closely interact with project partners to support design of sequencing experiments, implementing and maintaining pipelines for sequencing data analyses (bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, ChIP-Seq), as well as performing post-processing and visualization of omics data
