Raquel Lopez-Carrilero

Degree in Psychology (2006) at the “Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona”. I work in the Research Unit of the Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu, since 2008, as a Research Psychologist in the line of "Ethiopathogenesis and treatment of severe mental disorders". I collaborate on different projects, with the main line of research being the study of treatments for psychotic disorders. Areas of interest: metacognition and social cognition in schizophrenia and first-episode psychosis. My functions: Recruitment of patients for the different trials; clinical and neuropsychological assessment of patients; psychological intervention; elaboration of reports; data introduction; exploration and dissemination of results; as well as training activities. I do these functions in different projects, with some centers that belong to the CIBERSAM (Center for Biomedical Research in Mental Health Network), which has allowed me to evaluate in different mental health research units across Spain.
