my work consider the effect of different factors( abiotic and biotic stress factor, fertilizers, pollutants, bio-materials and Nano-materials) on the division apparatus and chromosomes behavior via cell mitosis and meiosis studies on plant cell . Also concerning the cytoplasmic organelles ( such as Mitochondria, Cytoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus and Vacuoles). in addition to analyze the 1D protein profile to examin the gene expression under stress of examined factors.
