I am a global mental health researcher with extensive experience in psychosocial counselling and other forms of psychosocial interventions in LMICs. I aspire to alleviate the suffering caused by mental illnesses by making mental health care accessible to laypeople. I believe that the provision and promotion of simplified, effective, and culturally informed psychosocial interventions is the way forward in global mental health.
