I work in the Department of Physics of Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad. I work on Soft Matter Physics, interaction of biomimetic membranes with proteins, drugs & nanoparticles by X-ray scattering techniques. My research also focuses on the highly non-equilibrium ultrafast (ps/ns) dynamics at the liquid surfaces (e.g., Hg, water, salt solutions) using optical pump - X-ray probe techniques to investigate heat-induced capillary waves and electron solvation dynamics close to surface.
