I am currently involved in a programme of work researching nursing workforce issues (safe staffing, advanced nurse practitioner credentialing, development of the nurse associate role). I would be interested in continuing to explore knowledge mobilisation and situated learning by ANPs in a wide range of healthcare settings. I have experience in qualitative methods, including ethnography, interviews and focus groups.
