I am a research scientist at The Ohio State University, studying the human airway and the effect of air pollution including cigarette and electronic-cigarettes. We have published using in vitro airway epithelial models, both from healthy and diseased lungs. I am an avid researcher, having trained in different genotyping methods, Western blots, primary cell cultures, Ussing chamber, immunoassays, ELISAs, PCR, real-time PCR, and flow cytometry. I have a passion for microbiology research.
