My interests focus very much on identifying challenges and opportunities for improving the MRV of the LULUCF sector. But also, on understanding the mitigation potential, and its trade-offs, for anthropogenic actions on lands to cope with the adverse effects of climate change. I have also long experience on assessing the information reported to the UNFCCC and the UN REDD+ programme, and associated forest reference emissions levels, which are also among the topics of my greatest interest.
