Riccardo Zurla

Riccardo Zurla received the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy, in 2018. He is currently a Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering, University of Pavia. His research activity was carried out in the frame of a cooperation, started in 2015, with the Smart Power Technology Group of STMicroelectronics. His current research interests include the design of analog circuits for non-volatile memories and the experimental characterization of phase change memory cell arrays.
