个人简介

Rossella Ranica was born in Ivrea, Italy, in 1978. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in material engineering from Politecnico of Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2002, and the B.S. and M.S. degrees in microelectronics from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Marseille, Marseille, France, in 2004. After her Ph.D. degree on fabrication and characterization of advanced DRAM memories such as capacitorless eDRAMs, she joined STMicroelectronics, Crolles, France.
