Ruslan Kubant

Dr. Ruslan Kubant currently works at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Toronto. Ruslan does research in Nutritional Biochemistry and Nutritional Neuroscience. His research interests include: 1) Role of prenatal vitamins in epigenetic programming of chronic disease; 2) Effects of dietary fats and individual fatty acids on central and peripheral neural systems regulating food intake and body weight.
