Ronald Pennings (MD, PhD) is an ENT consultant specialised in Otology at the Radboud university medical center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. His research & clinical care focuses on (genetic) diagnostics and rehabilitation of sensorineural hearing loss (mainly cochlear implantation). He also is an experienced inner ear therapy trialist and aims to evaluate genetic therapies for sensorineural hearing loss in the nearby future. His research is characterized & supported by patient participation.
