Ralf Behr

Ralf Behr was born in Stade, Germany, in 1963. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of Hamburg, Germany, in 1990 and 1996, respectively. He was involved in vortex dynamics in high-temperature superconductors at the University of Hamburg. In 1996, he joined Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, Braunschweig, Germany, where he is involved in the development and application of programmable Josephson voltage standards. Since 2003, he has been responsible for research work on the Josephson effect voltage team. Dr. Behr is a member of the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft.
