Quoc Cuong Ngo (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronics and telecommunication technology and the M.E. degree in electronic engineering from the HCMC University of Technology and Education, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the Swinburne University of Technology in 2021. He is currently working as a Research Assistant at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. His research interests include biomedical engineering, biomedical devices, and artificial intelligence.
