Quincy Li

Quincy Li (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1988, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, USA, in 1991 and 1994, respectively. From 1995 to 2007, he worked at Texas Instruments as a Product and Design Engineer on SRAM testing, yield improvement, and SRAM/e-Fuse compiler design. He has been with the Embedded Memory Product Engineering Department, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Hsinchu, Taiwan, since 2007, where he works on SRAM bit cell productization, test screening, compiler characterization, and customer support for SRAM design/debug.
