Quanxi Feng

Quanxi Feng received his B.S. degree from Hengyang Normal University, Hengyang, China, in 2003, M.S. degree from the Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2006, and he is currently working toward his Ph.D. in Xidian university from 2010. His current research interests include particle swarm optimization, biogeography-based optimization, differential evolution, and their applications in real-world problems.
