Quan Chen received the B.Eng. and B.S. degrees in transportation planning and management from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2016 and 2018, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Jiangsu Province Collaborative Innovation Center of Modern Urban Traffic Technologies, School of Transportation. His research interests include traffic flow theory and traffic bottleneck analysis.
