Dr. Qiusheng Yuan, graduated from Hohai University majoring in Environmental Science and Engineering, is present a young lecturer (appointed as associate professor on campus) in the Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology. In the past five years, he has published over 30 academic papers, 24 of which have been indexed by SCI, such as Molecular Ecology, Soil Biology & Biochemistry, Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Pollution, and Chemosphere. His research interests include environmental microbiology, environmental biogeochemistry, plateau water/soil pollution control, ecological restoration, and metagenomics. He has excellent English writing, reviewing, and editing skills, and is proficient in Office, Origin, PhotoShop, CAD and other figure rendering and scientific research software. Moreover, he is skilled in R language, Cytoscape, Gephi and other bio-informatics analysis software. He has ever been invited as a guest editor of an international journal special issue, Sustainability (mdpi.com/si/113515), and as a reviewer of several international journals, such as Journal of Cleaner Production and Science of the Total Environment.
