Qiong Wu

Qiong Wu received the B.Sc. degree in applied mechanics from Beijing University, Beijing, China, in 1986, the M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada, in 1996. She is currently an Associate Professor of mechanical engineering with the University of Manitoba. Her research interests include Lyapunov-related stability analysis of nonlinear/nonsmooth dynamic systems, stable and energy-efficient bipedal walking robots, human dynamics, and biomechanics. Dr. Wu is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
