Qingcheng Zeng

Qingcheng Zeng was born in 1978. He received the bachelor’s degree in international finance and the master’s degree in management science and engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in transport planning and management from Dalian Maritime University in 2008. He is currently a Professor with the School of Shipping Economics and Management, Dalian Maritime University. He is also the Dean of Strategy Planning and Academic Resources and the Director of the Port and Logistics Hub Digitalization Laboratory, Dalian Maritime University. His current research interests include maritime economics and logistics, port system simulation and optimization, and shipping operation management.
