Career TrajectoryBio
I have been working as a software engineer for most of my career. In the mid 1990's I was in the UCLA Biology PhD program where my primary interest was Artificial Life.
Since January 2006 I have been working in the Computational Genetics Laboratory of Dr. Jason Moore at Dartmouth Medical School/ Norris Cotton Cancer Center where I support several open source bioinformatics software packages, most notably MDR - Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction and also various research and analysis projects.
