Paweł Żukowski

Pawel Zukowski was born in 1950. He received his M. Sc. degree in 1972 and the Ph.D. degree in 1980 from the Belarussian State University, Minsk, Belarus, the D. Sc. degree from M. Skłodowska-Curie Lublin University in 1992 and in 2007 has been granted the Professor title from the W AK Belarus. Since 1993, he has been the head of the Dept. of Electrical Devices and HV Technology of the Lublin University of Technology. His scientific interests are material engineering, especially ion techniques for semiconductors and nanomaterials, insulating materials, electric devices.
