Paweł Droździel

Rafal Wrona: was born in 1975 in Krasnik, Poland. He received the M.Sc. Eng, degree in mechanical engineering from University of Technology, Lublin, Poland in 1999 and the Ph.D. degree in construction and maintenance machines from the University of Technology, Lublin, Poland in 2014. Since 2005 he has been a member of Car Technology and Road Traffic Experts, certified Car Expert entered into the list kept by the Minister of Infrastructure and permanent court expert in the field of motorization technology and road traffic from the list of the President of the District Court in Lublin.
