个人简介
My research is focused on human skeletal biology, especially the developmental biology of hard tissue (enamel, bone). I reconstruct the cell mechanisms that generate the morphology of deciduous teeth. My current projects examine how these mechanisms change between living populations and in recent human evolution. I also study links between deciduous dental development and aspects of life history in humans and great apes. My current research on long bone growth explores a potential new influence on linear growth in height, and how this may link to enamel growth.
