Peter L. Tokarsky (Life Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, Kharkiv, Ukraine, in 1968, the Ph.D. degree in radio systems from the Research Institute “Radiofizika,” Moscow, Ukraine, in 1986, and the D.Sc. degree in radio physics from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE), Ukraine, in 2005. From 2009 to 2022, he was a leading Researcher with the Institute of Radio Astronomy, National Academy of Science of Ukraine (IRA NASU), Kharkiv, and a part-time Professor with KhNURE (a Full Professor, until 2009). Since 2022, he has been an Adjunct Professor with the Institute of Radioelectronics and Multimedia Technology, Warsaw University of Technology. He is the author or coauthor of about 140 technical papers and a monograph and has received three patents. His research interests include the theory of antennas, antenna arrays, microwaves, and computational electrodynamics. Prof. Tokarsky is a member of the European Microwave Association (EuMA). In 2007, he received the state title of a professor.
