Philipp Kurnsteiner

Physicist and materials scientist interested in characterization and processing of metallic alloys, such as advanced steels and their coatings, nickel-based alloys, aluminum, and titanium alloys. I am experienced in different electron microcopy-based techniques, atom probe tomography and additive manufacturing. In my current position I am trying to achieve a good balance between basic research and industrial applications.
