Maciej Orkisz

Maciej Orkisz currently works at the Centre de recherche en acquisition et traitement de l'image pour la sante (CREATIS), Claude Bernard University Lyon 1. Maciej does research in Image Processing applied to various medical problems. His investigations involve segmentation, motion estimation, as well as extraction of physical quantities from 2D and 3D medical images and sequences. His current projects focus on CT images of lungs in acute respiratory distress syndrome and on arterial-wall kinetics observed in ultrasound image sequences.
