Olivera Milutinovic

Olivera Milutinović je rođena 1973. u Aleksandrovcu. Osnovnu i srednju školu završila je u Aleksandrovcu. Na Fakultetu za Poslovne studije Univerziteta Megatrend završila je diplomske studije, 2004. godine. Magistarske studije završila je 2009. godine, na istom fakultetu, odbranivši tezu pod naslovom “Obrazovanje zaposlenih kao strategija razvoja organizacije”. U aprilu 2013. je odbranila doktorsku disertaciju pod nazivom ʺUčenje uz rad kao osnova upravljanja ljudskim resursimaʺ na Fakultetu za poslovne studije Univerziteta Megatrend. Akademsku karijeru započela je 2009. na Fakultetu za poslovne studije, kao saradnik u nastavi; u oktobru 2013. je izabrana u zvanje docenta na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta Megatrend, a u oktobru 2018. u zvanje vanrednog profesora na Fakultetu za menadžment iz Sremskih Karlovaca (Univerzitet UNION – Nikola Tesla). Od septembra 2018. je zaposlena na Fakultetu za menadžment (Univerzitet UNION – Nikola Tesla). Osnovna istraživačka oblast: menadžment i ekonomsko-finansijska. He is the author of several scientific works, some of which have been published in leading international and domestic journals.
