个人简介
My research is focused on understanding chromatin dynamics and the role of proteins in disease development. I am developing and using advanced mass spectrometry technologies and computational methods (bioinformatics, machine learning) to obtain information on protein structure and function in biological samples and clinical specimen. I am currently focusing on cancer research (kidney cancer), detailed structure elucidation of intact proteins, and the development of ultra-sensitive bioanalytical methods for detection of proteins in small sample volumes, down to the single cell level. Integration of experimental methods with advanced computational algorithms and machine learning is key to achieve my research goals.
