个人简介
My current research is focused on the function of multiple post-translational modifications of histone proteins. I statistically assess data coming from diverse experimental platforms. The results are used to construct computer models of entire chromosomes, where I simulate the epigenetic landscape and its impact on gene regulation and differentiation. Furthermore, we develop computational tools to identify general cross-talk of protein modifications.
