Research interests: - Micronutrient deficiencies – linking food security and human health - Elemental speciation and specialist ICP-QQQ applications - Assessing rapid nutrient dynamics in situ using microdialysis. - Developing environmental forensic tracer tools and GIS-based risk modelling
