Nikolaos Makris

Nikolaos Makris is currently purchasing his PhD in School of electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Technical University of Crete,Chania,Greece (TUC) and works with Microelectronics Research Group (MRG) of Institute of Electrical Structures and Lasers (IESL) Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH),Heraklion,Greece in the development and characterization of SiC FETs. His current research interests are FET DC / AC modeling / characterization and development of CAD tools and compact models. He is also member of the EKV3 Compact Model development team.
