个人简介
Nicholas Speller received his Ph.D. in chemistry under the supervision of Professor Isiah M. Warner at Louisiana State University where his graduate work primarily focused on the design and implementation of QCM virtual sensing schemes for analyses of volatile organic compounds. He was a NASA postdoctoral fellow under the guidance of Professor Amanda M. Stockton at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently a research scientist at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. His research ranges from development of rapid prototyping methods for microfluidic fabrication to development of portable analytical systems and methodologies. Dr. Speller has worked extensively on the IMPOA microfluidic design and fluid actuation mechanisms within the chip.
