Nguyen Thi Mai

I graduated from the University with a major in Criminal Law in 2011. After that, I continued to study for a Master's and Doctorate in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. My studies are focused on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, in which the research on criminal procedure is somewhat more prominent. I especially love the issue of litigation in criminal proceedings, the protection of minors in criminal proceedings. My research is currently focusing on Vietnamese law and some countries with similar legal elements. In the future, I will try to expand my research to the criminal procedure law of many other countries around the world.
