个人简介
I am M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D. I had contributed towards improvement of human and livestock health through transgenic technology by generating transgenic mice using genes related to various diseases which may serve as models for drug testing, vaccine development and therapeutics technologies. I am highly skilled in generating transgenic mouse models using techniques like Microinjection, Somatic Cloning and Testicular electroporation. Transgenic animals had been generated for our home institute and for all those other institutes of the country who were interested in generating transgenic animals but do not have costly infrastructure of transgenic facility.
Also worked on isolation, culture and propagation of Spermatogonial Stem cells and their transplantation into infertile recipients for fertility restoration. Well versed with other skillful techniques like Embryonic Stem cell culture, In Vitro Fertilization etc. Presently, working in Confocal Imaging Facility as a Facility Manager.
