I am interested in the below-ground ecology. My interest focuses are understanding nutrient cycling and the nutrient mechanisms acquisition of plants and microbial communities in scenarios of climate change. Talk to me about the litter and wood decomposition process, soil microbial immobilization, and enzyme activity in soils P limited. More specifically I am interested in the changes in root morphology and phosphatase exudation in the soil and litter surface in response to elevated CO2.
