Natalya Tokranova

Natalia Tokranova received the Ph.D. degree in physics of semiconductor and dielectric from the Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute, Saint Petersburg, Russia. She is a Research Scientist with the SUNY Polytechnic Institute, Albany, NY, USA. Her research interests include microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), nanosystems, and nanoscale silicon structures, which are produced using electrochemical etching.
