Nathalie Bonatti Franco Almeida

Nathalie Bonatti Franco Almeida received the bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences in Brazil in 2012, and the M.S. degree in science and technology from the Nuclear Technology Development Center in 2020. She is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ), Brazil. She is also a Visiting Researcher Student at the University of Georgia, USA. She is also a Research Assistant in the project entitled “MedicOnChip Desenvolvimento Tecnológico,” at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Her research work included the selection and characterization of aptamers for Zika virus. Her research explores the production of monoclonal antibodies and how key proteins of SARS-CoV-2 and antibodies produced against them in patients affect human immune cells.
