Narcis Prat

Specialization in ecology of freshwater ecosystems, including biological indicators of water pollution, eutrophication of reservoirs and large rivers using mainly macroinvertebrates with special emphasis in midges. Work is done in Iberian Peninsula, but also in Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. We have been working in dryland rivers since many years, as well as in river salinization.
