Bio
Mustafa Demirtaş received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering and industrial engineering from Dumlupinar University, Kütahya, Turkey in 2009 and 2010, respectively, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from the Anadolu University, Eskişehir, Turkey, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. From 2012 to 2019, he was a Research Assistant with the Department of EEE at Anadolu University and Eskişehir Technical University. He is an Assistant Professor with the Department of EEE at the Samsun University where he has been a Faculty Member since 2020. His research interests include atomic layer deposition and related thin film process, novel 2D materials, integrated optics/photonic devices, and on-chip solid-state amplifiers and lasers.
