Murat Burak Yaylaoglu

Murat started developing tools for large-scale, genome-wide gene expression analysis where he started working with automated robotic platforms for his doctoral thesis titled, "Robotic platforms for large-scale analysis of gene expression on tissue sections by means of in situ hybridization". This technology was later used as the core technology for the Allen Brain institute which was used to develop a gene expression atlas in mouse brain (www.brain-map.org).
