Muhammad Bilal received the B.S. degree (Hons.) in software engineering from the University of Sargodha (UoS), Pakistan, and the M.S. degree in software project management from COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Pakistan. He completed his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. His research interests include social media data analytics, machine learning, social computing, and software engineering.
