Morten Fischer Rasmussen was born in 1981. He received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Lyngby, Denmark, in 2008, 2011, and 2014, respectively. In 2007, he spent ten months at the Technische Universitt Berlin, Berlin, Germany, working on the BeeSat satellite. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA. His research interests include 3-D ultrasound imaging, synthetic aperture imaging techniques, and ultrasound neurostimulation.
